David Glantz – Principal

An industry veteran, David Glantz founded Business Cents more than fifteen years ago and is recognized today as one of the leading consultants in the implementation of business systems, from accounting and retail/hospitality/POS to inventory management and data migration. After a successful 20+ year career as a professional services executive for accounting and technology software companies, (Macromedia/Adobe, Pyramid Integration, Flexi International, Ross Systems), David left the comforts of the corporate world to independently pursue his passion of helping companies solve business challenges- and in 2003, Business Cents was born. Business Cents is a long-standing Premier Intuit Reseller. David has written blogs and articles for various industry publications and maintains all the certifications available as a QuickBooks and Lightspeed expert. He has also raised four children and is the loving grandfather of two adorable girls and 1 charming little chap (so far).

Andrea Medina- VP Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

With 18 years of expertise in strategic partnerships/ vendor alliances, and product and services design, Andrea Medina has actively participated in the evolution of retail software solutions and e-commerce payment technologies since 2000.

Her experience as a consultant to front end software providers, e-payments platform solutions, third party processing houses, and Fortune 50 banking institutions has cultivated critical knowledge and insight into optimum solutions for both b2b and b2c client profiles.

Andrea has participated in and managed a number of large scale projects, supporting organizations such as eBay, Trader Joes, UCLA, Investor Business Daily and MoneyGram.

Robin Glantz- Advisory Board Member

In 2001, while raising four children, Robin Glantz made the decision to leave her career as Human Resources Director for a large SF non-profit and bring her professional interests closer to home. And the beginnings of Business Cents were born.

Originally founded as a bookkeeping company supporting local businesses, Robin and husband David Glantz quickly became experts in retail solutions and financial management, forging relationships with local retailers/trade associates who faced complex business needs.

In 2006, as business demand grew, Robin turned over daily operations to partner, David Glantz, and decided to pursue her dream of going back to school. Robin has since opened her own practice as a psychotherapist, while still actively sitting on the advisory board for Business Cents.

In Business Cents’ current permutation, Robin remains on as CCO (Chief Cheer-leading Officer) and POG (Professional Opinion Giver).

Debbie Taylor – Office Manager, Bookkeeper

Debbie has been with Business Cents since 2008. She is our Office Manager as well as an illustrious bookkeeper and ProAdvisor.  She is a jack-of-all-trades and well versed in many fields. She previously managed property and owned her own auto repair business, all while raising a family.  Outside of crunching numbers,  she loves the outdoors, travels and spends time with her family.  Fun fact about Debbie, she was the first female to win a championship racing at the Petaluma Speedway.

Jean Marie Hays – Bookkeeper

A member of the Business Cents team since 2004, Jean Marie has many years of business experience. She served as vice president for a company in Santa Barbara, and then started a Marin-based yoga and stress management operation in the ‘90s where in addition to teaching, she managed the books. After selling her business, Jean Marie continued with bookkeeping, adding training in accounting as well at College of Marin. Business Cents clients appreciate her reliability, clear communication and meticulous attention to detail. Jean Marie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She still teaches yoga and sings and performs locally with her group, Domestic Harmony. She loves to walk the beautiful hills of Marin with her Golden Retriever, Luna.

Jennifer Ross – Accountant, Bookkeeper

Jennifer has been with Business Cents since 2006. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Cal Poly, and a number of years of bookkeeping, QuickBooks and tax experience. She provides broad and deep bookkeeping and accounting activities to clients. Jennifer is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006 in all QuickBooks financial products. She excels in Excel, and is also proficient in QuickBooks for Mac, Quicken, Complete Tax, and TaxWise. Jennifer has an uncanny ability to reduce a seemingly huge mess down to a manageable problem with ready solutions. She is a great supporter of Business Cents’ clients and goes out of her way to use their services whenever possible.

Craig Baker – Intuit Channel Sales Manager


Craig is the Intuit channel account manager for Business Cents.  He has been with Intuit since 2004 and is based out of the Tucson, AZ Intuit campus.  Craig is a key part of the successful relationship we have with the Intuit QuickBooks Solution Provider program. Gina Avila – QuickBooks Solutions Program Team Leader

With over 23 years of experience at Intuit, both as a Marketing liaison and as an Account Manager, Gina brings a wealth of experience to our QuickBooks team. Gina acts as a key Intuit liaisons who helps in assisting us with marketing initiatives and product management.

Joe Yalinkatian – Intuit Payment Manager

With over ten years of experience at Intuit, Joe helps us ensure that our clients understand the right payment products to fit their business needs. In the ever-changing world of payment acceptance, Joe continues to stay ahead of the game and demonstrate a level of awareness that is critical to our clients’ success. He handles our merchant account needs, including processing in QuickBooks financial software, QuickBooks POS, gift card solutions, mobile processing solutions (GoPayment, cellular phone solutions), invoicing solutions, and check processing solutions.

Noah Raney – Payroll Account Manager

Noah identifies specific payroll product needs, system features and functions and delivers a “white glove” onboarding experience for all of his firm’s clients. Noah has a 11 year background in the Business management/payroll world and helping small business owners reach their goals.  Noah is passionate about the delivery of a payroll solution that will alleviate the burden of payroll processes for both his Accounting Firms and their clients.

Adam Hussein – Lightspeed Senior Partner Manager

Adam earned his wings working for Microsoft’s channel team at a Fortune 500 tech company, prior to taking the leap into Lightspeed three years ago. At Lightspeed he works hard to bridge the gap between partners, customers, and internal resources – working to ensure a consistent experience and a great fit.

With a strong interest in all things tech, and experience managing projects in the SMB and enterprise space, he brings a high degree of resourcefulness and expertise to the table.
